Project Overview
As the Marketing and Graphic Designer for MC Labour, I spearheaded a complete brand overhaul, focusing on their core motto: “Our success is our people.”
I revamped their branding to shine a spotlight on the people at the heart of their business, rolling it out across all marketing channels, sponsorship initiatives, and internal communications. This included designing people-centric marketing materials that genuinely connected with their audience-brochures, flyers, and digital campaigns that told their story.
In the early stages, I also led a website redesign to align with the refreshed branding. The new site not only looks polished but also clearly communicates their values and commitment to excellence.
The result was a cohesive, people-first brand that elevated their presence in the market and strengthened their connection with their audience and workers.
