The Challenge
Blue Wren Shuttle Service needed a stronger and more consistent social media presence to help people better understand the service, connect with the people behind it and keep the business visible across the Heathcote region.
With so many local experiences competing for attention, the content needed to do more than promote transport. It needed to show the relaxed, local experience Blue Wren creates for visitors, groups and special occasions.
The goal was to design something different. A platform that reduces friction, builds trust, and allows users to move forward at their own pace.
The Approach
We developed a mix of Facebook and Instagram content across service information, guest moments, local partnerships, reviews and personal stories from Tracey and Mark.
A key part of the work was a dedicated Heathcote on Show campaign, designed to make transport options feel simple and convenient during the event. Content focused on routes, availability, designated-driver value and helping people enjoy the weekend without worrying about logistics.
Alongside the campaign, regular awareness posts helped Blue Wren stay visible between key event periods and build a more recognisable local presence.
Over the quarter, 80 organic posts were published across Facebook and Instagram. The Heathcote on Show campaign included 18 posts, reaching more than 5,400 people and generating 4,800 views, while helping support bookings for more than 200 people across the event weekend.
The strongest-performing content featured real guests, local experiences and the people behind Blue Wren, reinforcing that the brand feels most effective when it is personal, local and
experience-led.
The Outcome
The work helped position Blue Wren as more than a shuttle service, as part of the wider Heathcote experience.
Across the quarter, the content created a more polished, consistent and professional online presence across both Facebook and Instagram. It also gave the business a stronger bank of content to support future campaigns, while helping build familiarity and trust with locals, visitors and potential future customers.
